Here at Normative we are creating the norm for carbon accounting by providing the intelligence to companies to reduce their climate footprint. We translate financial data into tangible carbon insights, enabling companies to understand and reduce their carbon emissions. What we do has a real positive impact on the climate, and now we need your help! 

We are searching for a reliable and task-oriented Office Coordinator. You will be responsible for our office and the tasks that come with it. You will be our outstanding problem solver and the go-to person when our colleagues have any practical question. The role includes the responsibility for managing all practical parts surrounding equipment and services in the office: coffee machines, shopping, cables - to name a few. You’ll also be helping out with the onboarding of our new colleagues: programming keys, buying equipment, as well as performing a number of administrative duties.

Everyday, Normative has an impact in cutting down emissions. You will be a part of making sure that we enable all our employees to perform their best in their roles and together, as one team, we can then have a real impact on our one planet.

We will also undergo an office move that you will operate and coordinate. You will have a central role in this and have contact with suppliers, architects, etc  making sure that everything runs smoothly. 

More than that, the role involves procurement of suppliers, daily office-related tasks, arranging parties and making sure that the office is extraordinarily nice and well-kept! 

Your background

We are looking for you who has experience in working with service and administration. If you have also coordinated the relocation of offices before, this is a big plus. You have a good understanding  of the Office package and are a good communicator in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

To shoulder the role of Office Coordinator, you thrive in a coordinating and administrative role. We believe that you are a fan of service and getting things done! You are a "digital wizard":  comfortable working in a technical environment and not being afraid to try to get an Apple TV or Chromecast up and running. Furthermore, you like to steer the mood and have an ability to create a wonderful atmosphere. To thrive in the role, you need to have a sense of detail, meet short deadlines, be one step ahead, be unpretentious and have excellent administrative abilities.

This is a full time position with a start date as soon as possible.
