Normative is now looking for an Account Executive
Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.
Our Sales team members are part educators and part guides, as they help companies understand the importance of emissions accounting and begin their journeys to net zero. Every time one of our salespersons guides a company to choosing Normative, they’ve prevented greenhouse gases from being emitted – and made business more climate-friendly.
We are now looking for a Sales Account Executive to be part of our growing sales team and help our clients to reduce their emissions. You will have the opportunity to work in the full sales cycle where we believe that you are a hunter for new deals and love to close them. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales.
What you’ll do:
Have an ability - and desire - to understand customer's problems and sell solutions that solve them.
Close a quota of deals per month - where you have the drive to strive higher
Reach sales targets through meetings sourced by you, with some support provided by the Sales Development team.
Be ruthlessly efficient at drilling into deal blockers and disqualifying leads that are a bad fit.
Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
We believe you:
Have experience from full-cycle B2B-sales, preferably in SaaS-companies
Have experience from a fast-paced environment where you are used to work together to reach targets
Have excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are considered to be an additional plus
Care deeply about making a real contribution towards a sustainable future. If you also have some previous experience from working or studying within that field - that’s amazing
Are hard-working, winning, and have a passionate attitude towards work
Are a tech-savvy individual with the ability to learn quickly

Location
We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark. We believe that you are based in the greater Stockholm region with the possibility to work from our Stockholm office or working remotely from your home office somewhere in Sweden with the possibility to travel to our Stockholm office about once a month.
