Our Sales team members are part educators and part guides, as they help companies understand the importance of emissions accounting and begin their journeys to net zero. Every time one of our salespeople convinces a company to choose Normative, they’ve directly contributed to reducing or preventing greenhouse gas emissions – and made business more climate-friendly.
What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:
Normative is now looking for a Sales Development Manager who will lead and coach the Sales Development Representatives to grow in their roles and successfully meet their targets. We are rapidly growing and looking for a manager who will take us to the next level, overseeing the entire SDR operation across Stockholm and London (currently 8 people). You will be reporting directly to the CCO with a key mission to grow the team in a scalable way (people, strategy, process and technology), where you’ll play an important role in building a positive sales culture and we are therefore looking for a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic leader. You are a process oriented person that can not only create a scalable process but also deliver, implement and manage it successfully.
In the role, you will:
Design and implement processes for SDRs across the company to improve top of funnel qualification
Develop content and onboarding collateral for new SDRs coming into the organisation
Work closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Leadership team to improve opportunity management
Train other members of the SDR team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing ongoing coaching and timely feedback
Own the SDR hiring pipeline to pre-set targets
Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
Work in collaboration with Content Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to improve conversion of inbound interest into qualified pipeline
Develop and deploy tooling to accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment and report on actual outcomes
You have the ability to be humble and direct in the dialogue with the employees to help them achieve their and Normatives goals
Experience we’re seeking:
You have experience in full-cycle B2B-sales
You have previous experience from an SDR or BDR role
You have experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS-companies or a corporate environment that has a streamlined internal SDR process and playbooks
You have experience in a manager role where you had the personnel responsibility for a sales team
You are hard-working, winning, and have a passionate attitude towards work
You have excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are considered to be an additional plus
You have the ability to adjust your way of communicating to meet the needs of different team members
You have a passion for reaching net zero. If you also have some previous experience from working or studying within that field - that’s amazing

Location
We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. We believe that you are based in the greater London region and will need to be in the London office for the majority of the week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
