About the role

We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for our data ingestion related features. Our Data Ingestion team focuses on building Normatives’ data upload functionality and you will be responsible for working with Normative customers to understand the best options for improved data upload processes, how to support and improve raw data file uploads as well as integrating data connectors and APIs. You will also be driving partnerships with 3rd party vendors, ERP integrations or similar and integrating other data systems to load data from.

As a Senior Product Manager you understand how to communicate both the business and technical rationale behind any decision which requires understanding our data, our customer needs and the integration experience.

We believe that you enjoy and thrive in a scale-up tech environment. You have probably been in this setup before and now want to apply your learnings to excel and grow with Normative as we fight the planet’s most important fight. We also believe you have experience or ambition to coach and manage other product managers.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for understanding and delivering the best options for improved and automated data upload processes

• Work closely with our internal teams, stakeholders and customers to set the route for how Normative should develop and support data connectors, ERP systems and APIs for our customers

• Lead the team through discovery and delivery processes, always ensuring that we are working on the most impactful things with a healthy mix between short term value and steps towards our long term goals

• Make user insight and data-informed prioritization and delivery decisions, constantly striving to improve the product experiences and results for our users

• Be a senior member of the product team, coach and guide your other product managers and be a key member in building a state of the art product culture

• You’re a product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales

• You have a background in shaping business strategy for technical products or services, ERP integrations or similar and you have successfully delivered projects working with Data Science and Engineering teams

• Familiarity with data ingestion APIs and data sharing formats

• You enjoy participating in sophisticated technical discussions and decision-making in the team

• You are comfortable making difficult decisions with uncertainty and imperfect data and gaining buy-in from stakeholders

Location

Normative operates on a hybrid remote model with a main office in Stockholm. For this role you can be based either in Stockholm or work remotely within Sweden.

When hired remotely within Sweden, we will offer you a home office set up and you will be expected to travel to Stockholm to meet your team/the company approximately 6 times per year ( depending on role). To ensure we practice what we preach we use trains for trips under 6 hours of travel and flights only for longer travels.
