Our Sales team is now growing and we’re looking for passionate and driven Account Executives to join our growing team within the Nordic market and make a real impact on the fight against climate change. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping companies achieve their NetZero goals and contribute to a sustainable future.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers across the Nordic region, and play a crucial role in helping them achieve their sustainability goals.
You will partner to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals that drive our company's growth. As a trusted advisor, you will be a key resource for them providing guidance and education on their NetZero journey.
What You'll Do
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive deals to completion
Work toward ambitious targets, manage your pipeline effectively, and close deals that contribute to our growth
Collaborate & communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and potential customers to ensure a smooth and successful sales process
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in sustainability
What You Bring
Proven experience as an Account Executive or a similar role in the B2B sales environment, preferably in SaaS companies
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You embrace change, learn quickly, and think on your feet as needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & native Swedish with the ability to engage in dynamic conversations
Familiarity with sales methodologies, including MEDDIC
A collaborative and team-oriented approach
Tech-savviness - you're comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new software and tools
A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the world

Location
Normative has offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. For this role you will be located in Stockholm.
The Sales team works from the office 4+ days a week as we believe in providing you with the best support and opportunity to collaborate by working from our office with your peers.
The sales team in Stockholm work from the office at Folkungagatan 44.

1. Screening interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
2. First interview with the hiring manager
Online Personality & Logic assessment
3. Interview with members of the Sales team
4. Practical Case Interview
